Lotus design follows the inherent evolutionary disposition of an organism, proposing a spiral arrangement almost like a living sculpture of motion and growing light sources. The egg-shaped glass pieces emit light to involve the entire piece as a single organic silhouette, revealing an interesting glass work that includes bubbles in each piece ? factor that confers unique characteristics to the light emission.

                How should I prepare when shopping for lighting?

                First, must know your budget. Second,you look for pictures from magazines or desgine websit  that reflect your taste. Third, collect fabric swatches or color chips for any area you are redecorating. 

                How do I know which power supply supply to use?

                First Determine the application environment(indoor dry, indoor damp and outdoor), Not all power supplies can be used in every application. Second, calculate the total wattage of tape light that will be used, to calculate wattage, multiply the total number of feet by the W/ft . Finally select a power supply that is equal to or more than the total wattage of the tape light.U.S. conventional voltage: 110 ~ 120V. European conventional voltage: 120 ~ 240V. We can also customize it according to your needs.

                What is the best way to install my new lights for chandelier?

                There are installation instructions included in every product we sell. If you feel installation complicated, we recommend you contact a licensed contractor or electrician.

                Are your products UL listed?

                Yes, our products comply with UL standards.

                Warranty policy

                Product warranty: We offer a three year warranty for our products(exclude the bulbs. 
                 
                Within 3 years, if there is any issues or questions about the product, please contact us at support@rbrights.us  with the pictures and the videos of the problems you are having. We will reply the emails within 12 hours, and provide our solutions for the issues you are having. If the issues are from the accessories we will send you the free replacement by express, and you will be able to receive them in 9~10 work days. If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will help you to solve your problems within 1~2 work days.
                (please make sure using the professional electrician to install the products)
                Note: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages or natural disasters are all not covered by our warranty policy.
                After 3 years, we still provide technical support to help you to solve the issues, but you will need to pay for the replacement and the technical support.

                1.Customers change the color and material of the metal frame of the lamps and lanterns wire length and link rod length. Some customers ceiling load bearing is not enough, we will replace the customer's light fixture material and into stainless steel or iron.
