We offer free shipping within the United States. Delivery times are estimated on a best effort basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Section 1 - Shipping Methods
We divide the time between the customer placing an order and receiving the product into processing time and shipping time
Processing time: 3-12 business days (due to the special nature of lighting products, secure packaging is required)
Shipping time
Expedited Express: 9-14 business days
Sea freight: 25-40 natural days
Delivery countries: USA, Canada, Australia
Logistics partners: FedEx, YunExpress, DHL, TNT, UPS, etc.
Note: Packages over 39 inches (100 cm) in size will be shipped via ocean freight.
If the package has arrived in the United States. When the parcel is delivered, if it coincides with a legal holiday in that country, the parcel will be delivered after the holiday.
We currently only offer delivery within the United States.

Out of Stock Products
Although we strive to keep all listed products in stock, sometimes certain products sell out. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email update as soon as possible. You will then have the option to continue and keep the order or cancel it. If you hold this order, we will notify our partner manufacturer for production as soon as possible. We will do our best to ship your order quickly.
Customized Products
Custom products are tailored to your needs and therefore take time, if you confirm your order, we will ship within 5-15 business days.
Section 3 How long will it take for me to receive my package?
Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)
Orders must be processed before they can be shipped. The time you have to wait before receiving your package consists of delivery time and shipping time.
Section 4 Where does Rbrights ship?
USA: We ship orders to all 50 states in the USA (and Washington, DC) Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
United Kingdom: We ship to all UK locations Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Australia: We ship to all areas of Australia Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Section 5 How do I track my order?
Our delivery times start from the moment your order is accepted and include a 24 hour period during which your items will be processed and dispatched on a working day. Please note: During promotions, this may take longer.
Once your order is packaged, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to become available.
Section 6 What to do if your delivery is delayed/what to do if your package is lost
Our parcels are dispatched by logistics companies and the logistics status can be tracked in real time, but we apologize for any delays/losses due to irresistible reasons, and we can take the following measures.
A. Maintain communication with our service
The last thing we want to see is that your parcel is delayed. Make sure we know the status of the parcel. We will keep in touch with you to let you know the status of your parcel and explain the situation to you.
B. Track your shipment in real time
When you notice a delay at any time during the shipping process, you can take some form of action: send a replacement package in a faster way. Or, if there is a delay and you are anxious to receive your package, you can contact us and we may resend the package using an alternative shipping method, depending on the circumstances.
Section 7 About Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order, and we accept cancellations before the product is processed. If you cancel your order at that time, you will receive a full refund. However, we will not be able to cancel an order if the product has already been shipped. Thank you for your understanding!
Note: You will receive an email notification after the order has been shipped. So it is not possible to cancel your order after it has been shipped. If you insist that you do not want your package, you can contact us to return it after you receive it. Thank you for your understanding!
Section 8 Taxes and Duties
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may apply once the package arrives in the destination country/region. These fees are determined by the customs office of the particular destination.
Payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and we at RBRIGHTS.US are not responsible for them. For more detailed information about fees and charges, please contact your local customs office.
It is your responsibility to check your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we are not responsible for any items that are not allowed into a specific country/region.
